We offer 3 categories of assistance

WCHR or “Wheelchair Ramp”: in this case, the passenger can go up or down stairs, but requires a wheelchair into the boarding lounge.
WCHS or “Wheelchair Steps": the passenger cannot go up or down stairs or walk long distances, but can move from the door of the aircraft to his seat. He will therefore be brought to the door of the aircraft.
WCHC or "Wheelchair Cabin seat": the passenger is unable to move himself at all and must be carried to his seat and requires a medical statement (INCAD) and possibly a travelling companion.
