Can my children enrol in the loyalty programme?
You must be aged 12 or over to register for the Preference programme.
I am a subscriber, do I also have to enrol in the Loyalty Programme?
NO The subscription card you have is also a loyalty card.
I am paying for another person’s ticket, do I earn the miles?
NO, only the traveller can earn miles.
When do the miles for my trip arrive in my account, once I have given my card number?
Within 3 days of your trip.
How long do I have to send proof of the flights I have made if they are not registered?
You have 6 months to send proof of your flight, up to 3 months before you joined the Preference programme.
