Can my children enrol in the loyalty programme?

I am a subscriber, do I also have to enrol in the Loyalty Programme?

I am paying for another person’s ticket, do I earn the miles?
animflecheNO, only the traveller can earn miles.

When do the miles for my trip arrive in my account, once I have given my card number?
animflecheWithin 3 days of your trip.

How long do I have to send proof of the flights I have made if they are not registered?
animflecheYou have 6 months to send proof of your flight, up to 3 months before you joined the Preference programme.

If my flights are not registered, can I credit my account on the website?
