Air Caraïbes belongs to the diversified Vendeen holding: Groupe Dubreuil
The company was founded in 2000 by Jean-Paul Dubreuil, the current Chairman, to serve the French departments of the Caribbean.
On 12 December 2003, the airline began transatlantic flights and provides regular flights from Paris Orly Sud to Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), Fort-de-France (Martinique) and Cayenne (French Guiana).
