Definition

A person with reduced mobility is any a person whose mobility is impaired by physical disability (motor or sensory), by a mental disability, by age, illness or any other disability when using transport and when the situation requires special attention and adaptation to the specific needs of this person compared to the service provided to all passengers.

Five categories of passenger are subject to this specific attention:
1 – Physically disabled
2 - Respiratory insufficiency sufferers (requiring oxygen)
3 - Some mentally ill (requiring treatment time of more than 8 days)
4 - Visually and hearing impaired
5 – Special cases (pregnant women, medical repatriation)
